What are MADC Officers?

MADC CONSTITUTION: The MADC Board of Directors will consist of four (4) Officers. These shall be the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board of Directors shall be the governing body of the MADC, heretofore known as the Board. The government and management of the MADC will be vested in the Board, except as otherwise provided for in the Constitution.

What Are MADC Volunteers?

MADC Volunteers are active members of the MADC who have volunteered to take on certain tasks on the behalf of the MADC. These are not elected positions, however the MADC Board of Directors does approve their activities.
